Founder of Glance, Lance has 20 years of experience in digital media, with three post-graduate diplomas in Graphic Design, Photography and Internet Technologies.

With skills that span the disciplines of design and programming, he has a unique depth of knowledge that is so important in the complex and evolving digital landscape.

Lance specializes in crafting immersive, interactive and responsive websites that deliver across the wide range of devices and screen sizes. He invests in staying on top of his game to deliver cutting-edge programming using the latest technologies.

Lance considers himself a visual problem solver. Before entering the world of digital media, he traveled to England where he designed books and other traditional printed media for a number of design houses and publishers.

No matter what tools Lance finds himself with, the common thread is his creativity and craftsmanship. A thirst for pushing boundaries, attention to detail, and a good work ethic drive him to excellence.

When he’s not immersed in writing code, or with his eye pressed against the viewfinder of his camera, Lance devotes his time to being a husband, father and avid outdoorsman.
