Third Space Properties is a new type of development company. We helped the executive team take the company from its initial concept to a fully operating business and brand. The values-based leadership team was looking for a socially responsible AND commercially viable concept for the business. Triple-bottom-line economics became an important part of the business idea, with Third Space promising to evaluate their performance in a broader perspective to create greater business value. This concept was extended into the name and underpins the brand concept.

Third Space Solution
We conducted primary and secondary research to determine market dynamics and gather insights that could inform a brand idea. We positioned the company and designed a brand character that would resonate. We then named the company and secured the URL, ensuring trademark screening was secure. After writing the brand model, we created key messages and a full graphic identity system. Lastly, we created site signage, decals, stationery, and a full website.
