Omega Mechanical acquired Broadway HVAC and became a major player in the BC market. The executive team conducted a brand audit and determined that the most strategic move was a full re-brand, complete with name, tagline, brand idea, brand identity, website and a remake of all their collateral.
We conducted quantitative market research and qualitative interviews to gather insights. Inevitably, the new brand idea centres around ‘Make it Happen’, which captures their positivity and passion for results. It also addresses a clear market desire for productivity, practicality and commitment from trades. The idea was considered mutually attractive as an employer and client-facing brand. The name and tagline are trademarked and have become a valuable piece of their IP.
