Hayden Jackson
“The content strategist who makes your brand worth reading.”

CONTENT STRATEGY & CREATION
Hayden Jackson is a content and brand strategist who turns complex B2B propositions into clear, confident stories that actually move markets. An award-winning content creator with 25 years of experience across finance, medical, real estate, technology and more, she specializes in helping brands communicate with clarity and authenticity, from foundational positioning and messaging through to the day-to-day content that keeps the funnel moving.
Before partnering with Frank, Hayden led content strategy at DemandLab, where she was responsible for content strategy, creation, and performance for technology and financial clients, building programmes that linked content directly to revenue. Earlier in her career, she worked in agency and client service roles, including Edelman, supporting government, nonprofit, and enterprise brands, and along the way, her writing has been recognized with Summit International, Killer Content, and IABC Silver Leaf awards.
Today, she combines that background with a sharp strategic lens, helping Frank clients define what they want to be known for, then architecting thought leadership, campaigns, and content systems that make the brand strategy tangible in every article, asset, and interaction.
